Moderate Depression: 10 to 14
Moderately Severe Depression: 15 to 19

The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) is a measure assessing severity of depression, with a max score of 27. Lower scores indicate decreasing depression severity
Prosperity RAS Score
The Recovery Assessment Scale (RAS) is a measure assessing overall recovery, with a max score of 205. Higher scores indicate that psychological well-being, social participation and support are increasing; and distress, psychiatric symptoms, and general emotional health severity are decreasing.
SASE Scores
The Substance Abstinence Self-Efficacy Scale (SASE), adapted from the Alcohol Abstinence Self-Efficacy Scale (AASE), is a measure assessing confidence to abstain from using substances and temptation to use substances. Higher scores in confidence to abstain and lower scores in temptation to use indicate decreasing dependence on substances and increasing recovery.
